Shipping / Return / Refund / Promotional code

We use several delivery methods: Colissimo 48H, Mondial Relay, Chronopost 13H and DHL (for deliveries abroad). In the case of a delivery via Colissimo 48H and for any order placed before 13H, you will receive your order at D+2. In the case of a delivery via Mondial Relay and for any order placed before 13H, you will receive your order in a relay point between D+3 and D+5. If you choose the Chronopost 13H option and you place an order before 13H.

If you place an order before 13H, you will receive your order on D+1 before 13H. And in the case of a DHL delivery, everything will depend on the zone in which you make delivery, it is necessary to count in general a delivery in D+3. 

- For a sending having been carried out towards Metropolitan France:

Returns are free. You have a period of 30 days after receipt to return your order for free and get your money back. To do this, simply send us a request by email to contact@keus-store.com. We will send you a Colissimo return label to print and stick on your package. Once the package is received and checked, we will proceed to your refund within 15 days. In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be in new condition and still in possession of its guarantee label.

- For a sending having been made elsewhere than in metropolitan France:

Returns are at the customer's expense. You have a period of 30 days after receipt to return your order and get your money back. To do so, you just have to send us a request by email at contact@keus-store.com. Once the package is received and checked, we will proceed to your refund within 15 days. In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be in new condition and still have its guarantee label.

Once your return is received and verified by our team, we will proceed to your refund within 15 days using the card or account used for payment. Bank transfer times vary from 3 to 5 business days once the refund is made.

The promotional code "asap" sent by email when you subscribe to our newsletter gives you a 5% discount. You just have to enter it in the "promotional code" part when you order, in the shopping cart. This code cannot be combined with the current offers on the site. You forgot to use this code when you ordered ? No problem, write us at contact@keus-store.com and we will give you the discount !

Yes, all the members of our logistics team work hard to deliver your order on time and in the strictest respect of health regulations. Our service providers (Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL) are committed to doing their utmost to respect the usual deadlines. Depending on the geographical area and the traffic, it may happen that orders are delivered with a few extra days, but don't worry: they always arrive safely!

The status of your order is available directly in your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track the status of the shipment on the carrier's website thanks to a tracking number available in your account and in the shipping confirmation email. 

We accept payments by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, but also payments by bank transfer, payments in several times and payments via Paypal. We use the 100% secure 3D Secure payment interface from CIC. 

Delivery is free of charge via Colissimo for orders over €190 including VAT to France and its neighbouring countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain and Italy. Delivery is not free for all orders under 190€ TTC and to the following countries: Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Hungary, Slovakia, Liechtenstein, Monaco. The delivery costs are then estimated at 15,90€ TTC for a weight lower than 5 Kgs. 

The delivery is paying for any order made to the other countries of the world. Delivery costs via DHL Express are estimated at 35,00€ TTC for a weight lower than 5 Kgs.

Via Chronopost 13H, delivery costs for orders to France are estimated at 12,90€ TTC for a weight inferior to 5 Kgs.

Returns are free of charge for all orders shipped within France. Otherwise, they are charged to the customer.

Everything depends on our partners. Some suppliers have their products made in Asia, others in the USA or Europe. We provide this information in the filters. Also, to select a particular geographical area, you just have to click on it in the filters of the store. 

After-sales services / Warranty

If your bag is broken and it is still under warranty, please send us an e-mail to sav@keus-store.com with photos or any other information you think is important. We will then come back to you with the most appropriate solution: repair or replacement of your equipment. 

We are a certified reseller of the brands present on our site, which means that you benefit from the same guarantees as if you were to go directly to the brands' websites. For example, if a brand guarantees its product for 3 years, it will also be guaranteed for 3 years if you buy it on our site. The warranty information can be found on each product sheet and on the pages of the brands concerned.

Yes, home deliveries are always possible via Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL. In this case, the delivery of your package will be done without contact. 

Oui, la livraison à un point relais via Mondial Relay est possible, mais le délai de livraison peut être un peu plus long.
