At Keus, we do our utmost to satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return it. In this case, please keep the guarantee label attached to the product when you receive it.

Returns

You have a period of 30 days after receipt to return your order and be reimbursed for the item(s) ordered. The 30-day period is calculated from the delivery date announced by the carrier. We do not accept returns after this period. If you attempt to make a return after the time limit has passed, we may be obliged to return it to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. In the case of the return of an order placed outside France, the return is at the customer's expense (for a return from France, please follow this link). Please inform us of your return by e-mail, giving us your tracking number. Once the parcel has been received and checked, we will refund you within 15 days. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfectly new condition and still have its guarantee label.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, items cannot be exchanged. If you would like an item in a different size or color, you will need to return the item for a refund, and then place a new order.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is an order placed without stock. Some products on the site can be pre-ordered. Delivery times for pre-orders are approximate times based on information provided by our suppliers. Sometimes these deadlines are not respected and change over time. This may be linked to delays in material supply, manufacturing, etc. Whatever happens, we always do our best to deliver to our customers as close as possible to the deadlines initially announced.

Given what this involves in terms of manufacturing and management with suppliers, pre-orders cannot be canceled . After receipt, the pre-ordered item can be returned within 30 days.

When an order includes in-stock items and pre-order items order, the order is only shipped when all items are in stock. If you wish to have in-stock items delivered, please place two different orders.

Tax calculation

Taxes are calculated automatically in your shopping cart according to your shipping country. For all countries outside the European Union, no taxes apply.
