Stéphane assure toute la partie comptable et stratégique de Keus, mais il s’occupe aussi de ses deux enfants et passe ses week-ends à pratiquer l’ultra-trail.
Olivier - Responsable expéditions
Olivier prépare avec beaucoup de soin et d’amour toutes vos commandes. Plus rapide que l’éclair, mieux vaut ne pas se frotter à son mètre 90 lorsqu’il est en plein travail.
Guillaume - Testeur certifié
Guillaume fait partie de notre communauté de testeurs et se joint régulièrement à notre équipe pour tester les sacs à dos que l’on sélectionne. Grand amoureux du plein air, il ne se déplace qu’à vélo : l’occasion pour nous de profiter de ses précieux retours.

At Keus, we do our utmost to satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return it. In this case, please keep the guarantee label attached to the product when you receive it.
Returns
You have a period of 30 days after receipt to return your order and be reimbursed for the item(s) ordered. The 30-day period is calculated from the delivery date announced by the carrier. We do not accept returns after this period. If you attempt to make a return after the time limit has passed, we may be obliged to return it to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. In the case of the return of an order placed outside France, the return is at the customer's expense. Please inform us of your return by e-mail, giving us your tracking number. Once the parcel has been received and checked, we will refund you within 15 days. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfectly new condition and still have its guarantee label.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, items cannot be exchanged. If you would like an item in a different size or color, you will need to return the item for a refund, and then place a new order.
A pre-order is an order placed without stock. Some products on the site can be pre-ordered. Delivery times for pre-orders are approximate times based on information provided by our suppliers. These lead times may not always be met and may change over time. This may be due to delays in the supply of materials, manufacturing, etc. Whatever the case, we always do our utmost to deliver to our customers as close as possible to the times initially announced.
Taxes are calculated automatically in your shopping cart according to your shipping country. For all countries outside the European Union, no taxes apply.
