Shipping & returns

Shipping conditions

Delivery is free in France and its bordering countries : Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain & Italy.

Paid delivery for orders below € 190 to Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Hungary. Shipping costs are estimated at € 15.90 for a weight of less than 5 Kgs.

Paid delivery for all orders made to other countries. Shipping costs are estimated at 110,00 € for a weight of less than 5 Kgs.

Items are delivered within 1 to 7 working days in France and neighboring countries : Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Spain & Italy. Exceeding this period may in no case be held against the company Keus, nor give rise to any compensation for damages. Our partners are La Poste, BPost & UPS, through which we send parcels to the address indicated when ordering, with a tracking number and without signature. As such, Keus can not guarantee a precise delivery time. In the case of goods not delivered beyond a period of one month, the company Keus will refund the goods by bank transfer, provided you have confirmation that the package has been lost by the company being responsible for delivery.

Return conditions

Refund

You have a period of 30 days following receipt of your order on our site keus-store.com to return the product(s) for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the items must in no case have been worn or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale : in a completely new condition. The Keus team has the right not to take back a returned product. Shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the customer. For a shipment that has been made to Europe (with the exception of France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland) a minimum lump sum of 20 euros incl. VAT is deducted from the refund. Items purchased on sale are not exchangeable or refundable. To make a return, simply contact the customer service by email to the following address contact@keus-store.com and inform us of your request for return and refund. Once your refund return validated, you will need to return your items to the following address:

Do not forget to inform us of your last name, first name, address, order number & shipping number. Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an e-mail confirming it. The refund will be made by bank transfer subject to conditions of returns, within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of your package.

Exchange

You have a period of 30 days following receipt of your order on our site keus-store.com to return the product(s) for an exchange. To be able to be the subject of an exchange, the articles must in no case be worn or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale : in a completely new condition. The Keus team has the right not to take back a returned product. Shipping costs for shipping and return are the responsibility of the customer. For a shipment that has been made to France and its bordering countries a lump sum of 10 euros incl. VAT is deducted from the refund. For a shipment that has been made to the rest of Europe a minimum lump sum of 20 euros incl. VAT is deducted from the refund. Items purchased on sale are not exchangeable or refundable. To make an exchange, simply contact the customer service by email to the following address contact@keus-store.com and inform us of your request for return and exchange. Once your refund return validated, you will need to return your items to the following address:
